In a hidden tryst of solid mass meeting solid water,

The damned stillness dense with yielding fodder

At once it would flood oceans and bear Poseidon

At once it would impale titans with an unyielding trident

At times, I ride the wake of the autumn storm,

At times I am the crest of the midnight storm

Within the sea foam the god of love is born
